Antique Victorian High Carat Gold Pool of Light Locket

Stunning antique pool of light locket. This locket dates to the Victorian period and has a carved rock crystal dome on each side. The rock crystal is set into an ornate high carat gold frame with intricate foliage design and twisted rope detailing on either side. Behind the rock crystal are two beautiful hand painted miniature portraits of ladies in period dress. All of this is executed with fabulous attention to detail.
