We have converted this beauty from a brooch, adding an 18ct bale and jump ring so that it can be worn as a pendant, while the pendant itself is crafted in 9ct yellow gold.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eOpal crescents are highly sought after and very hard to find, especially in this condition.
