We strive to source jewellery of the highest quality, but please be aware that these pieces have age, so they will not be in ‘new’ condition. Bespoke pieces
Bespoke orders and customised pieces are all final sales and will not be eligible for exchange, refund or store credit.
While we state the item specifics such as gold purity, dimensions and weight of the item, the unique and handmade nature of each piece may result in slight variations and no two items will be identical.
We offer ring resizing, please contact us for details.
All bespoke pieces by England’s Dreaming Jewels are made to order and production may take several weeks to months to complete. Please contact us directly to discuss the time frame of your order.
Repairs
Antique and vintage jewellery, including the antique/vintage components within converted or reimagined pieces, will often show a certain amount of wear and tear, or age, we aim to describe this fully in each listing but please contact us directly if you have any queries.
All listed pieces are carefully and thoroughly inspected before resale and are serviced and/or repaired unless otherwise stated; however, due to the nature of antique and vintage jewellery, there may be occasional weaknesses shown after regular wearing. If an antique, vintage or converted/repurposed piece requires a repair within 60 days of you receiving the jewellery, we reserve the right to determine whether this is due to post-sale wear and tear and whether the item qualifies for an after-sale repair service, which may incur a charge.
All of our contemporary jewellery designs are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from delivery. In these instances, we will repair any breakage as soon as possible once a piece is returned to us for repair. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty, each request is determined on an individual basis.
We want you to be entirely satisfied with your shopping experience at England’s Dreaming Jewels please contact us via email to discuss a repair request.
