All orders are shipped from our off-site secure location in 1-4 working days unless otherwise stated. This does not apply to resizing, custom or bespoke orders. In these cases timeframes can vary. Please contact us with any questions.
Once an order is placed a confirmation email will be sent out to you confirming your order and payment.
Once your order is shipped the tracking number and the courier used will be confirmed via email. England’s Dreaming Jewels is not responsible for delays during transit.
UK shipping
We offer free UK insured shipping with an estimated delivery time of between 1-4 after shipping.
England’s Dreaming Jewels will not be liable or responsible for delays during transit.
International Shipping
We will provide you with an estimated delivery date via email once your order is shipped, however the delivery time will depend on customs clearance and other factors outside of our control.
Usually shipments to the US will be delivered within a week from being shipped subject to customs clearance.
Shipping and insurance costs are as follows:
- USA and Canada £40
- USA territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands and others £50
- Europe £35
- Australia and New Zealand £50
- China, Japan, Hong Kong and Malaysia £50
- Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar and Oman £50
Duties, taxes and import charges on international orders are not the responsibility of England’s Dreaming Jewels. All duties, taxes and import charges will be due upon delivery and are the customer’s responsibility. England’s Dreaming Jewels will not be held liable or responsible for international duties, taxes and import charges.
If you are unsure of the charges, we advise you to contact relevant local customs authority to determine these charges prior to placing an order. These are beyond our control, and we will not be able to give an estimate.
Any orders which are returned to England’s Dreaming Jewels due to rejection by the customer or due to non-payment of duties, customs charges will not be edible for a full refund. If a refund is accepted by England’s Dreaming Jewels, in these circumstances, all costs incurred by England’s Dreaming Jewels will be deducted from the refund. This includes but is not limited to shipping costs, insurance, customs charges, international duties relating to the delivery and return of the order as well as any administrative and relisting costs and other miscellaneous expenses incurred as a result of the non-payment of taxes/import duties.
England’s Dreaming Jewels will not be liable or responsible for delays during transit.
England’s Dreaming Jewels is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process.
