We are available by email to answer questions, assist with sourcing enquiries, discuss alterations, and provide a bespoke, individual service. Our office hours are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. While we often reply outside these hours, responses are guaranteed during office hours. We aim to respond to all enquiries within two hours.
