All orders are shipped from our off-site secure location and are dispatched within 1 to 4 business days unless otherwise stated. This timeframe does not apply to resizing, custom, or bespoke orders, where dispatch times may vary. Please contact us if you require further information.
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your purchase and payment information. When your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with tracking details and courier information.
UK Shipping
We offer complimentary insured shipping within the UK. Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 4 business days, with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 4 business days from dispatch.
All UK shipments are fully insured. England’s Dreaming Jewels is not liable for delays once an order has been dispatched, including delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping
We offer complimentary international shipping on all orders. All international shipments are fully insured by England’s Dreaming Jewels.
International delivery times vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and other factors outside of our control. England’s Dreaming Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or courier handling.
Courier Selection
Royal Mail is used for UK orders, although orders over £2,500 are shipped via DHL.
All international orders under £1,500 may be shipped via Royal Mail or DHL.
All international orders over £1,500 are shipped via DHL.
All orders shipped via Royal Mail or DHL are fully insured.
Duties, Taxes and Import Charges
All international orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon delivery.
England’s Dreaming Jewels is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or import charges and is unable to estimate these costs in advance. We recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure of the applicable charges.
Refused or Returned International Orders
Any order returned to England’s Dreaming Jewels due to refusal by the customer or non-payment of duties, taxes, or import charges will not be eligible for a full refund.
If a refund is accepted at our discretion, all costs incurred by England’s Dreaming Jewels will be deducted from the refund. This may include, but is not limited to, shipping costs, insurance, customs charges, duties, return shipping, administrative fees, and relisting costs.
United States Tariffs
You can be assured that any recent tariff changes applicable to shipments to the United States will not affect your order, as all applicable tariffs will be covered by us.
Address Accuracy and Delivery
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase. England’s Dreaming Jewels cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Loss, Damage and Claims
All orders are insured during transit. Any claims for loss or damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting evidence where required.
Signature on Delivery
High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery. Once the courier confirms delivery, responsibility for the order passes to the recipient.
Returns Policy
General
Items purchased at a discounted or sale price, or purchased as part of a layaway arrangement, are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.
Custom, resized, altered, bespoke, or made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange, refund, or store credit.
Return Requests
If you wish to request a return, you must contact us in writing via email within five days of receiving your order. Our contact details can be found on the Contact page.
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the return address. Items must be returned within 14 days of approval to be eligible for consideration of a refund or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Condition of Returns
All items must be returned in the condition in which they were sent, unworn and in their original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted if an item shows signs of wear, alteration, resizing, or damage of any kind, including damage incurred during return transit.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce the amount offered as store credit if returned items do not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for returning the order to us and for all costs associated with the return, including return shipping, insurance, customs charges, duties, and taxes.
All returns must be sent using an express, fully insured shipping service. Customers must provide tracking details and the expected delivery date once the return has been shipped.
Original shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.
International Returns
International returns must be clearly marked as “UK Returned Goods” and shipped with complete and accurate customs documentation.
England’s Dreaming Jewels is not responsible for charges incurred as a result of incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate customs declarations, nor for delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Any import taxes, duties, fees, payment processing charges, or exchange rate losses incurred in connection with a return will be deducted from any refund or store credit issued.
Refused or Undeliverable Returns
Any return refused by the customer or returned due to non-payment of duties, taxes, or customs charges may not be eligible for a refund. Where a refund or store credit is accepted, deductions will be made for all costs incurred by England’s Dreaming Jewels.
Refunds and Store Credit
Once a return has been received and approved, refunds will be processed within 14 working days.
Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. Cash refunds are not offered.
Where a refund is issued, the amount will be recorded as store credit in our records. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date it is applied and may be redeemed by contacting us directly.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery, providing supporting evidence.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected. We will advise on the appropriate resolution once the issue has been reviewed.
Bespoke and Custom Pieces
Bespoke and made-to-order pieces are final sale and are not eligible for exchange, refund, or store credit.
Due to the handmade and unique nature of bespoke jewellery, slight variations in dimensions, weight, or finish may occur. No two pieces will be identical.
Where appropriate, ring resizing may be offered for a fee. Please contact us directly to discuss availability and pricing.
Production times for bespoke pieces vary and may take several weeks or months. Customers are encouraged to contact us prior to purchase to discuss timeframes.
Repairs and Aftercare
Antique and vintage jewellery, including antique or vintage components within converted or reimagined pieces, naturally show signs of age and wear. We aim to describe this clearly in each listing.
All listed pieces are carefully inspected prior to sale and serviced or repaired unless otherwise stated. However, weaknesses may occasionally become apparent after regular wear.
If an antique, vintage, converted, or repurposed piece requires repair within 60 days of receipt, we reserve the right to assess whether the issue is due to post-sale wear and tear and whether it qualifies for an after-sale repair service, which may incur a charge.
Contemporary jewellery designs are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from delivery. Normal wear and tear, improper care, accidental damage, or misuse will void this guarantee.

Nature of Antique and Vintage Jewellery
Antique, vintage, pre-owned, and pre-loved items will not be in new condition and are sold as seen.
Natural wear consistent with age does not constitute a fault. Customers are encouraged to contact us prior to purchase with any questions or requests for clarification.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations are subject to the status of the order at the time of contact and may not be possible once dispatch preparation has begun.
