Each order is carefully prepared and securely packaged. The majority of our packaging is sustainable. Every piece is sent with a polishing cloth and a jewellery care card to help you look after your item.

Who covers international tariffs and import charges?
Any applicable tariffs will be covered by us. However, international orders may still be subject to local duties, taxes, and import customs charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local customs authorities.
Do you offer payment plans or layaway?
Yes. At checkout, you can choose Shop Pay Installments, which allows you to either pay in full or split your purchase into 3 equal, interest-free monthly payments. The first payment is taken at checkout, with the remaining two charged automatically each month (subject to eligibility).
Do you reserve items for customers?

Do you offer resizing or alterations?

No. Antique, vintage, pre-owned, and pre-loved jewellery naturally shows signs of age and wear. These characteristics are part of their history and charm. All items are sold as seen and are described as accurately as possible in the listing.
