Antique 15ct and 18ct Gold Hand and Pearl Brooch/Chain Extender

This antique brooch is crafted in the most buttery gold and features a hand holding a moving pearl. The detailing is wonderful, from the two little buttons on the cuff to the textured gold, and the hand even has its own tiny fingernails.
