Antique Georgian Paste Earrings

We have been fortunate enough to source a pair of truly exquisite Georgian earrings, rare survivors of early craftsmanship and elegance. These antique beauties are set with faceted paste stones, each mounted in a classic Georgian silver pie crust setting designed to maximise sparkle by candlelight. The pastes catch the light beautifully, offering all the charm and presence of the period.

To make them comfortably wearable today, we have added 18ct gold ear wires, a sympathetic addition that complements the original silver settings without detracting from their antique character. One paste stone shows a slightly darker area at the top, though this is barely noticeable when worn and does not detract from its overall impact. A wonderful and increasingly hard-to-find pair in excellent antique condition.
