Antique Art Deco Platinum & Enamel Diamond Charm

An exceptional antique Art Deco platinum and enamel charm, set with nine rose-cut diamonds and finished to an extraordinarily high standard. The vivid red enamelling reads ‘DANGER’ ‘STOP’, a striking and graphic design typical of the bold visual language of the Art Deco period. The reverse is beautifully engraved, further underscoring the quality and care taken in its creation.

This charm has been held in a private collection for many decades and was attributed to Cartier. While unsigned, the craftsmanship, materials, and overall finish strongly support an origin of this calibre. There is very minor wear to the enamel, most noticeable to the ‘G’, entirely consistent with age and gentle use.
